Before you start
Are you the right fit for tutoring? We welcome all applicants who:
- Have a real passion for teaching
- Care about making a positive impact on our young education and increasing their confidence
- Have a strong academic record (minimum Bachelor’s required)
- Have tutoring or teaching experience
- Are engaging and inspiring whilst being caring, organised and reliable
- Have Right to Work in UK (British Citizenship/Indefinite Leave to Remain)

Recruitment process

Quick alignment call
We arrange a brief chat first to discuss the role and gauge your initial interest and suitability.

20 minute video call
We conduct a detailed interview to assess whether your skills, experience, and personality align.

Documentation checks
We conduct thorough checks on your documentation, including DBS screening, to ensure accuracy and compliance. If you haven’t yet completed Safeguarding Level 2 and Prevent courses, you will be required to do so at this stage.

Careful verification of references with credible sources before acceptance.
